The policy is provided only for the site of TCSG and not for other websites accessed through links.
The policy is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

1. The Data Controller

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The data controller is TCSG, with headquarters in Address – Italy.

2. The Data Processor

TCSG has been designated as data processor pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code and Article 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679, as it is responsible for the technical maintenance of the site.

3. Place of data processing

Processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the above-mentioned offices of the Company and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge of the processing. If necessary, the data connected to the newsletter service can also be processed for training purposes by the resources of teh company that handles the technical maintenance of the site, which is TCSG(data processor under Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code and Article 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679), at the headquarters of the company itself.
No data from the web service are ever disclosed or disseminated.
Personal data provided by users who request information materials (mailing lists, newsletters, answers to questions, etc..) are used only to perform the requested service and are not disclosed to third parties.

4. Type of data processed

4.1 Browsing data

IT systems and software procedures that manage this site, while working, acquire some personal data that are transmitted as a matter of course in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
Such data include IP addresses or user computer and terminal domain names, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the answering file, the numerical code showing the status of the server answer (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and IT environment.
Such data are used exclusively to obtain anonymous statistical information on site use and to check the correct operation of the site, and are deleted immediately after processing.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical and possible computer crimes against the site: without prejudice for this case, to date web contact data are stored for no longer than seven days.

4.2 Data voluntarily provided by the user

The discretionary, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses mentioned in this site, as well as the filling in and sending of specific forms, entails the acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary in order to satisfy any requests for services and/or information, and of all the personal data included in the communication.

Personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Requests for information on the services provided and products/solutions marketed directly by TCSG;
  2. Reports of any kind, also sent through Contact Forms;
  3. Sending of information and/or personal data for the purpose of establishing a professional collaboration;
  4. Sending newsletters, if the user subscribed to the appropriate service;
  5. Subscription to the company newsletter (it should be noted that the newsletter does not deal with commercial and/or promotional content).

Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed in the website pages prepared for particular services on request.
